During your consultation, Dr. Champagne can get a better understanding of what you'd like to achieve. He can also create a plan for your eventual travel, procedure, and follow up, ensuring you receive the best all-around care possible.

How Our Online Consultation Process Works
1. Online
Fill out the online consultation form from your phone or computer, and tell Dr. Champagne about yourself and your goals.
2. Reply
Our patient coordinator will contact you to schedule an online video conference with Dr. Champagne and will ask you to submit photos of your current appearance.
3. Consult
After your online consultation, our patient coordinator will contact you with a cost estimate. If you would like to move forward, we will then schedule an in-person consultation with you as soon as permitted.
COVID-19 Protocols
Your safety (and confidence) is our top priority.
We are living in a time of uncertainty and we want to assure you that we are here for you. We are doing everything we can to provide a safe place for you to explore your cosmetic surgery options, allowing you to continue to work on your self-confidence and personal goals as it relates to your appearance.
With so much happening regarding COVID-19, many of our patients need this boost in confidence and we are happy to supply a safe, socially distanced locale in order to provide just that. So this is what we are doing to keep you safe:
For in-office visits -
- We are requiring face masks and consents to be signed by patients with a specific COVID-19 questionnaire. This puts you, any other patients, and our staff at ease knowing all precautions are being taken in a serious manner.
- Prior to any surgical procedure, we require COVID-19 testing and a negative result. Again, this assures us we are operating in the most optimal scenarios.
- We have hand sanitizer stations as you exit the elevator and throughout the office.
- Patients are asked to call upon their arrival to the building in order to minimize the number of patients in the office at one time and to confirm that they can come up to the penthouse. This helps keep our patients and staff socially distanced as much as possible.
- Upon arrival at the suite, patients are asked to step out onto our outdoor deck where one of our staff takes their temperature. When a normal temperature is confirmed, they are immediately taken to a consultation/examination room. This limits the time spent in common areas.
- All surfaces in exam rooms are sanitized between each patient.
- All staff wear face masks at all times. And we take daily temperatures of all staff when they arrive at the office.
While these safety protocols are constantly updating, we are doing our best to follow each and every one that is recommended by our leading health officials. In doing so, it allows us to be here for you to help you regain your confidence by being able to do what we are here to do: enhancing and rejuvenating our patients' appearances in a natural-looking way.
